Do you make custom leather products?

Yes — custom work is what we do best. Send us your dimensions, sketch, or reference photos and we’ll craft your piece to order in cow, sheep, or buffalo leather.

What types of leather do you use?

Full-grain cow, sheep, and buffalo leather as standard, and other hides on request. All vegetable-tanned and hand-finished.

How do I pay?

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD). You pay in cash when your order is delivered.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide from Wazirabad, Pakistan. International delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on destination.

How long does a custom order take?

Most custom pieces are crafted and dispatched within 5–10 working days. Larger or highly detailed commissions may take longer — we’ll confirm a timeline when you order.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link. You can also use our Order Tracking page.

What is your return policy?
